Here at Yellow Room Design Co., we make it as easy as possible for you to create unique and memorable art for your business, home, or company! We know it may seem like a lot to take on, but we will walk you through the whole process and be there for any questions or concerns that may arise!

Step 1: Schedule

We are so excited that you are interested in working with us. The first step is to contact us to schedule a time to discuss your project. Depending on what works best for you, we can hop on the phone or exchange emails discussing the scope of the project. Your space, budget, ideas, and goals for the project. This gives us a chance to chat and create proposals that are unique to you and your project.

Step 2: Quote, Contract +Deposit

Once we’ve discussed your budget and goals for the project, we will either visit the space to take down dimensions or have you send all the info over. With this information, we are able to give you a more exact quote for the project. Once this is approved, we will create and send over a personalized contract for this project. Once the contract is signed and a 25% deposit fee is paid, it’s time to create the magic!

Step 3: Design + Painting

Based on the ideas and goals we discussed during our consultation, we will create a moldboard or inspiration board for colors, design, and style. Once this is approved, we will move forward with 2-3 original designs created specifically for your project. We will then go back and forth perfecting the design. The contract includes 2 revisions, but we can always add more for an additional fee. Once we have a design approved and perfected, we then get ready to start painting! The contract will outline a timeline that will be approved by both parties.

And then the real fun begins! We bring to life that awesome and unique design made just for you. Once we have finished the masterpiece, we make sure to capture all the work and share it on all our social media platforms; bringing some attention and focus to your business and y’all’s newest wall design.
