Custom Design Services

Thanks for your interest in our design services! We look forward to working with you and creating a product/ design that reflects your unique style. We will work with you on whatever you need, so let's talk and create something awesome together!

PROCESS                    

We start by having a conversation through email or, if you’re local, at our studio. We’ll ask for information about the specific service you are wanting and the look you want to achieve. This is the time and place to share all of your ideas, your vision board (Pinterest works well), color schemes, similar logos, and helpful information. You will be required to fill out an in-depth questionaire that will give us more insight when designing for you! We will also go over pricing and printing options and come up with a formal estimate. Once a deposit (half of the original cost) is received, we’ll add the job to the design schedule.

We cannot create the design in your head if you cannot communicate it with us. More information is always better.

Based upon the information that you include in your questionnaire, we will create a minimum of 3 design concepts.This process usually takes 5-7 Business days (that's Monday through Friday). If you purchase a fully custom logo or design package, your timeline will depend upon the complexity of your concept and the amount of items we am creating. We will communicate an estimated timeline during this time.

**If you need rush or express service, please message us, and we will include the extra charge on your invoice, as these services will bump your place in our queue.

Once we've completed your preliminary designs, we will email you the concepts for approval. At this point, you can either select your logo or request changes. If you request changes, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for completion. We allow 2 revisions during this process; any additional revisions will increase the design fee. The final design will be emailed for a final inspection by client and once logo is approved and remaining balance is paid, all digital file formats will be emailed to client. If being printed, once your design is approved, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

COSTS & PAYMENT

Please note that the actual cost of your order varies depending on additional revisions, extra design time, and printing choice. We accept checks and Paypal. We require a 50% deposit to begin the design process. This deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due before the final design is delivered. If you need to cancel an order, you are responsible for the cost of labor already accrued.
